There is a place for trauma survivors who are healers that isn't a consult group or supervision. There's a way we can support each other to heal and show up to this work resourced and nourished.

The ability to focus on you is a way to show up for others. When we are held with compassion from ourselves and others, we can begin to heal.

By diving into daily practice, rituals, and resourcing, we'll unveil four key areas of growth. These intentional practices will focus on your growth, connection with others, and un-doing healer aloneness.

Practice.

We were never meant to hold all of this alone, especially as a healer. Together, we will focus on daily practices that encouragement creativity, nourishment, and alignment.

Rituals

We will focus on daily rituals to clear the energy after sessions. We hold a fuck ton, we will intentionally honor the work by ritualizing.

resourcing

Being a healer is a full-body experience. We will use somatic-based tools to find your center.

Creativity

When we are depleted, we likely are not very creative. This 1-month cohort will invite you to reconnect to your creativity from art prompts and intention setting.

This is an invitation to focus on you. 

As we move through these challenging times, many trauma survivors are having an extra hard time. Makes sense? It is abuse, violence, etc we're witnessing. Not nervous system upending at all, hahah jk!  

Where do we go when we hold the world down for others all day long? Who is supporting your nervous system? What do you long for, and how can we get you there?

The deets:

four 60-Minute 1:1 phone Sessions 

Weekly cohort zoom calls on thursday evenings (flexibility around day), 5:30 pm PST.

Customized rituals, routines, and daily texts. 

Weekly text check-ins and guided visualizations.

Starts November 13th for four weeks (1 week off for holiday, etc). The days we will meet as a cohort:

11/13, 11/20, 12/4, 12/11

Is this therapy?

Absolutely not! This is a coaching space dedicated to focusing on your daily rituals to help nourish your nervous system. There is no diagnosing or treating. 

Do you have sliding scale slots below 50% off?

WHICH PROGRAM WILL WE USE TO MEET VIRTUALLY?

WILL I HAVE THE OPTION TO reschedule or make up a SESSION?

Great question. It depends. Some weeks I will have more openings than others. I cannot guarantee rescheduling a missed session.

WILL I RECEIVE A RECORDING OF THE EXPERIENCE?

No. These are vulnerable groups, so we will keep this part in our hearts. I'm happy to send an overview of what we discussed after each call.
